Mike is a former director of Microsoft and has worked with Amazon, the Central Bank of Ireland and extensively in the FMCG, retail & services sectors prior to this.  He has worked in all areas of finance, enterprise risk management & compliance, BPO and has delivered large scale strategic transformation across a wide range of disciplines & sectors. 

As a qualified accountant & coach, Mike's passion lies in the development & realisation of corporate strategy, large transformation projects and he has a extensive experience in the areas of team development & organisation culture.
